Process Technology New Graduate Rotation Program
Recent Chemical or Biochemical Engineering Graduates will have the opportunity to participate in our New Graduate Rotation Program. Our goal is to provide Chemical or Biochemical Engineering graduates with a fulfilling start to their working careers. Our rotational program consists of three one year assignments in one or more of the following areas:
- Plant Process Engineering
- Process Design
- Process Development
- Technology Demonstration
You will be exposed to a variety of challenging job assignments where you will receive job learning in different functional areas. Through these exciting assignments, you will have an active role in work that will have a positive impact on our business. Consequently, each assignment will allow you to gain critical experience and to quickly build your skills and capabilities. The cross-functional exposure and experience will also arm you with the knowledge to make informed career choices.
Training
While we believe that the best way for a new graduate to learn is through on the job experience, we are also committed to providing new graduates the training and development required to help accomplish the above goals. Therefore, the three job rotations will be supplemented by a comprehensive training program which will focus on providing new graduates with the additional knowledge and skills required to succeed at Iogen.
Career Progression
As a new graduate and Iogen employee, your career progression is a collaborative activity between you and the company. Placement in each position during the program is dependent on business needs and job fit. Throughout the program, you will be engaged in on-going discussion and receiving feedback from your supervisor and company managers. At the completion of the program, you will be fully prepared to further your career at Iogen.
Qualifications
- Recent university graduates, two years or less since graduating from a Chemical or Biochemical Engineering program (BSc, Masters or PhD)
- Good academic standing
- Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal skills and ethics
- Authorized to work in Canada on a permanent basis
